{"id":13317,"date":"2026-03-10T15:31:38","date_gmt":"2026-03-10T15:31:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southside-bartending.com\/?page_id=13317"},"modified":"2026-03-10T15:35:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T15:35:16","slug":"cancellation-and-refund-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/southside-bartending.com\/pt\/cancellation-and-refund-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation and Refund Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Southside Bartending <\/strong>hopes that all trainees enrolled in the scheduled courses will be able to participate in them, however, we understand that certain circumstances beyond its control do occur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>At the initiative of the candidate:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellations before the end of the registration period:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3443186f308048f3b5b442d332b725b8\">All cancellations should be sent by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@southside-bartending.com\">info@southside-bartending.com<\/a> no later than 5 working days before the end of the registration period set for each course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Southside Bartending <\/strong>will send a confirmation of receipt and acceptance of cancellation by email within 48 hours. Only with the confirmation of the cancellation&#8217;s acceptance will there be a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An administrative fee of 50 euros and the value of study materials and their postage, if sent, will be deducted from the reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellations after the end of the registration period:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the registration period has ended, the candidate will no longer be able to request the cancellation of his\/her registration or its refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-43df7c4836bdedbbfc6d8e89de8810d9\">However, you may choose to take the course on another date by sending your request by email to : <a href=\"mailto:info@southside-bartending.com\">info@southside-bartending.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If this request is made up to 6 working days before the beginning of the course, and once the confirmation is received by email, the candidate is left with the registration frozen (the freeze is only valid foe a duration of 6 months). The candidate will be able to re-enrol in a next course, having only to pay an administrative fee of 50 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For cancellations after 6 working days before the day of the course there will be no refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note for students:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All transfers are subject to availability on alternative course\/examination dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>At the organisation&#8217;s initiative:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Southside Bartending <\/strong>reserves the right to cancel the candidate&#8217;s registration if some of the data provided in this form does not correspond to reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Southside Bartending <\/strong>reserves the right to make changes to the programme, venue, and schedule as well as cancel or postpone a course if a minimum number of candidates is not reached by the deadline for registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If necessary, registered students can transfer their booking to another scheduled course of the same level at no additional cost or request a refund of the fee.
