We provide our mobile bar service for private parties, weddings, corporate events, festivals, or birthdays.
Our team can take care of all aspects of the bar hire from the setup up to clear up, glasses, ice and utensils, the lot. Therefore, you only have to tell us what you need, as we cover the length and width of the South of Portugal. We will be sure to provide an unforgettable service no matter where or when your event is being held.

Open bar packages are a perfect service for hosts/couples who want to provide a full complimentary bar at their event/wedding.
This kind of bar service is frequently used at weddings where couples want to provide their guests with the best possible experience.
With an open bar, drinks are prepaid by the host. Our packages are charged at a fixed rate, per person per hour, this way you will not encounter any extra hidden costs.
The packages are designed to simplify your beverage decisions. You can choose amongst a variety of open bar packages, from basics to premium, to specific. For this reason, we have the perfect beverage package for your occasion. Tailored to offer all your guests an unlimited variety of their favourite drinks.
Included in our bar packages are professional staffing to provide an excellent service, as well as a portable bar set-up that includes equipment, utensils, glassware, cool boxes, all beverages, fruits, herbs, ice, and set-up/breakdown costs.

BYO/ Dry Hire Bar service
Our Bring Your Own/Dry Hire service gives you the opportunity to buy and supply your own beverages and ingredients.
This way you only hire our staff members, mobile bar structure, glassware and utensils for your event. We will professionally manage your complete bar set-up during service hours.
Outside of service hours, we require an additional three hours to set up and prepare, then one to two hours to clean and clear away.
We can also offer our expertise on stock levels and options. Furthermore, we can help design a cocktail menu with a full shopping list and quantities at a set extra fee.

Our Cash Bar service will allow your guests to indulge in their desired amount of chosen drinks at their own cost, whilst still providing them with a bar service and the perfect location to enjoy it in.
We will set up a bar service area with our mobile bar and provide trained staff, all beverages, as well as glassware, bar utensils, ice, napkins, and all other equipment required for the provision and service of the drinks.
Our bars are stocked with a wide choice of drinks, including bottled beers, spirits, mixers, cocktails, wine, and soft drinks, all of which are in line with local bar prices.
Our Cash bar can be hired at €300, which will be refunded if a turnover of €900 is reached on the day. We charge this booking fee to secure the date and cover the cost of delivering, installing, and removing the bar set up at the desired location.
Drink Tokens
As a host, you can also opt for buying drink tokens in advance and distributing them to your guest. Each token represents a free drink. Once guests have used all their tokens, they are required to pay for their drinks. This is a common option for holiday parties where the organizing company may provide two drinks per guest.
